Born in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. She did her primary and middle school in New Delhi and is a Blue Coat and Blue tie holder. An academically bright and committed student, Maeher’s significant experiences on her trips to Udham Singh Nagar affected her on various levels.

The realization of how precious life is and how the safety and well-being of especially our little children is of absolute predominance was the primary thought. Various inspirational experiences when she explored the tiny impoverished villages resulted in being translated to motivation to do something hence creating a drive within!

Thus came the thought of transforming not just one’s own life but to spin it around and to help others with a single thought- “Even a single act of goodness can have major rippling affects”.

With this thought in mind, Maeher with the support of her family and team of volunteers decided to create awareness and sensitize through little programmes close to her heart. Some of the special programmes involved the distribution of clean water drinking systems and donation of submersible pumps in the local government school of Kashipur, Uttarakhand.

Arrangements and Sponsorship of education for little girls in Guru Nanak school, Kashipur.

Distribution of school copies in government primary school, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

Recently, Maeher has disembarked on a special journey under the NGO-AAN. She along with her team of dedicated volunteers is creating awareness and sensitizing government primary school children regarding "Good Touch Bad Touch"  across the NCR and Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
