A Toy collecting initiative - Bringing a smile on little faces

“A toy drive was conducted on the occasion of Deepawali 2018.
Several old toys and 300 books were collected,sorted and then distributed to the primary school children.
On the occasion of diwali 1200 diyas were distributed to the children.
Maeher and her team of volunteers also created awareness among children on “Say no To Crackers “ and the adverse health effects of the pollution caused by burning them each year. The children pledged to make it a “clean and green diwali “ by decorating their homes with mud diyas and floral rangolis.The beautiful AAn charitable trust-Srijan durries from the Nakhunkha village (Uttarakhand) were given to the respected principles of the school.
We thank The principals Mrs.Anita seth (girls)and Mr. Vinod (boys) for giving us the opportunity to visit the school and have a wonderful morning with the children.
Arjun Jaitly, Anaiya Naroola and Neha Jaitly also distributed the toys and diyas and had a wonderful interactive session with the children.
